Rocky is a rockstar! He is so patient, so gentle, so loving. Rocky would be happy anywhere as long as he was with his owner. Rocky was an owner surrender, and his family was very upset about letting him go, but felt it was the best option for him. Rocky is great with other dogs, cats, and he even loves children!
