Terms & Conditions
- I/ We hereby agree to care for this dog humanely (including providing adequate food, water, shelter, love, and attention). Said dog shall be maintained in an adequate enclosed area or on leash and under control at all times. This dog shall not be allowed to roam at will and will wear adequate identification tags. I/ We agree to have dog vaccinated annually with necessary inoculations (DHLP-P) and vaccinated against Rabies, as local ordinances require. I/We to provide essential veterinary care, as needed. If said dog becomes lost or stolen, I/We agree to notify Wonder Dog Rescue immediately
- I/We also agree not to sell, trade or dispose of this dog. If, at any time, I/We are unable or unwilling to care for this dog, I/We agree to immediately contact Wonder Dog Rescue. We will make every attempt to bring the dog back into rescue for rehoming.
- I/We agree to notify Wonder Dog Rescue within 10 days of any change of address/phone.
- Wonder Dog Rescue may examine and make inquiries about said animal at any time. If not satisfied with the condition of the dog or the conditions in which it is kept, said dog can or may be removed immediately and be re-homed.
- I/We promise and agree to be solely responsible for this animal, and to indemnify and hold harmless Wonder Dog Rescue from any and all claims of liability for the conduct of this animal on or after the date of this adoption. This Release of Liability and Indemnification shall apply to all known, unknown and unanticipated damages resulting from my/our adoption, ownership or control of such animal.
- The adoption fee is refundable within the first two weeks if adopter decides to return said animal to rescue. Adjustments will be made if said animal is returned in poor condition. Any vaccines due and medical cost after the adoption are the financial responsibility of the Adopter.
- During the two-week trial period we ask you to contact us if you notice any unusual health problems. Please check in before incurring vet expenses as we cannot guarantee the reimbursement of any medical costs without prior discussion.
- You agree to provide all necessary medical care to the Dog in a timely manner. You agree to keep all vaccinations current and ensure the Dog receives preventative medication to protect against fleas, ticks & heartworm. Any veterinary problems that may arise, including serious illness requiring emergency care or surgery is your responsibility and you are responsible for all related costs. To the best of our knowledge, we are giving you a healthy pet unless otherwise noted
