9/22 UPDATE. It took Vino 3 days to really adjust and settle in at his foster's home. Once he did everyone had a great time. His new family will have to give him the time to settle in, and he should be fine! You'll see that Vino enjoys treats and cuddles, playing with a dog friend too. Just be willing to give him the 1-3 day window of calm to settle in.

Vino is just a little guy, available to foster or adopt. Here's what the relinquishing family has to say about him. I have 2 kids and he played just fine with them. He is house trained for the most part, but was kennel trained while I was away for longer hrs in the day. When home he roomed around and once in a while will urinate inside. Like he goes out at about 6am for bathroom break.
