*Update 8/13/22* Billy is a sweet boy that loves to go for an adventure. He does great in the car and loves to snuggle with his person. He does best with another dog that matches his energy or he will get restless. He does very well with grooming and baths. He loves to sleep at the foot of the bed, it helps him feel safe. He is looking for his forever family. He would do very well with children over 8 and plays well with all size dogs.
*FOSTER UPDATE* 7/19/22; He is a happy, fun loving boy. He wants to please and is pretty darn good. He needs some training on the basics. He gets excited and can jump to say hi, we think he is just coming out of his puppy phase and is entereing his teens. He is smart, loves a good play wrestle in the park, and relaxed at home. He loves to cuddle on your lap while driving and flop by your feet while you are working. He loves bully sticks and playing with toys. He knows his name and is good on a leash, although he likes to play tug of war and chew on the just a little! He would be a good walking and hiking companion, and is very much ready to meet his people and start the next phase of his life's journey!
Billy is a sweet boy who arrived from the San Jose shelter in pretty rough shape. He is doing so much better. Billy's first few days were getting to know him and showing him that he is safe. As time goes on he is blossoming into a playful fun-loving guy.
*UPDATE* Billy's personality is really coming out. He is a happy fun-loving boy. He needs some training. He gets excited and jumps up to say hi. He is starting to get comfortable. He will needs baths with special shampoo for a while longer. He will need someone who can work with him. He is smart and will benefit from training. He is ready for a home!! He loves bully sticks and is playing with toys.
