Bruno arrived on July 20th, 2022. He was surrendered by his owner after a house fire left them homeless. Bruno came with two other dogs. At first he was scared of us. He would hide under furniture and growl, never leaving the room he was put in. After lots of patience and treats, Bruno started coming out. He got a bath and got his face and tail trimmed up to remove matting. Now, Bruno is comfortable with human touch. He will follow you around and want to be petted. He likes to be carried around and sit on your lap and next to you on the couch. His fear is beginning to go away and is being replaced with confidence. He will be a good buddy for someone with a calm home environment and lots of love to give. He is a healthy 12 pounds.
