3/4/25 UPDATE - Wally has seen the vet and has begun treatment for demodex. This is a non-contagious mite. His foster, who is giving him regular medicated baths, tells me that he is a real sweetheart. Wally is very loving and opening up more and more.... the foster mom is rather smitten! :-)
2/18/25. Poor fella doesnt even have a name yet.... We've named him Wally. We saw him at the Santa Cruz shelter, and will be bringing him into Wonder Dog Rescue for treatment prior to adoption. We are currently looking for a foster. home that can take him to our vet in San Francisco. I'll post more photos and an update when he arrives.
