6/15 UPDATE: Peaches had her surgery, and she's thriving! She loves attention from people.... is sometimes leary of strangers initially. She's doing really well now.
Peaches came to us with a huge, cancerous tumor. She had no other options for rescue, and was slated to be euthanized. We brought her in thinking that she was a hospice dog, but our vet said that he could remove the growth. He has, and this 8 year old, 12 pound sweetheart has bounced back to life! She loves having a cozy spot, or sleeping on the bed. She has a soft coat which will require grooming. She is fine around other animals and enjoys the company of people too. Knowing that she lived with that tumor for a number of years, we want to give her a gentle, loving home without small children. She will reward you in so many ways!!
