Puma is a really sweet and loving dog. Here's some info from his foster: He loves pets and cuddles and also his toys. He can be really silly and playful and loves to goof around. He’s potty trained and when in the house listens fairly well. He knows how to sit and lay down and we’re working on some other basic commands.
After living most of his life neglected and locked outside, he’s slowly figuring this whole life thing out and we think he will be a great and loyal dog! We are already seeing improvements in his separation anxiety and resource guarding.
We are continue to work on Puma interacting with other people and dogs. He's learning how to meet strangers and get comfortable with them. He loves his walks outside but can get overstimulated at times, not knowing where to look or what to focus on. He has a lot of love to give, loves affection, and is learning every day after such a bad early life situation. We are working on his training and it will be important for his new family to do the same!
