Scooter is the tiniest thing you've ever seen! He's just a puppy born with a spine problem. Scooter cant use his back legs, which also causes him to be incontinent. He gets around very well and can even keep up with the puppies that can use all their legs! He loves people and will follow you around, sometimes getting into trouble under your feet. He is just a happy puppy looking for his forever home. His new owner would need to be prepared for an incontinent dog. Scooter enjoys being the center of attention and can't wait to meet his new family.
