Sweet Pea was rescued from a creek, taken to a shelter and then onto his foster home.
Sweet Pea is a social butterfly, wants to meet every person he sees and has never known a stranger. He loves waking up and saying good morning to every member of the house. After he's had a full day of fun, he's very snuggly and loves to chill out and be close to his people. There is never a dull moment with this sweet boy, his antics provide nonstop laughs and he will do well in a home where he gets lots of attention and cuddles!
In his current foster home, Sweet Pea lives successfully with another small dog, but he needs very very slow introductions to new dogs. When he does get to know them, he’s very playful. He’s learning to be calm when he sees other dogs outside on walks and in greeting new people. In training, he responds well to verbal commands, encouragement, toys and treats. He has come so far and we can’t wait to see this very deserving boy get a forever home. In foster in Woodland, California.
